Terms and prices are subject to change without notice.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT:

A 50% deposit is required to begin printing. Payment in full is expected when the order is completed. We accept cash, checks, PayPal, and credit cards (American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, and most debit cards). If a completed order is not paid for within 10 business days an additional service charge will apply.

MINIMUM ORDER:

Unless noted otherwise on sales order, our minimum order is 12 pieces. Mix and matching of colors, sizes and styles are ok unless noted at the time of the estimate.

TURNAROUND TIME:

Typical turnaround time is 10 working days from the time that the 50% deposit is received, art proof sheets are approved with a signature, email or fax and all garments are in house. Some orders that require special handling may increase our turnaround time. Orders that are requested and approved to be done sooner may be charged a rush-order fee.

HOLIDAYS:

Orders placed on or near holidays may experience a longer turnaround. This will most likely be true around the middle of November through the end of the year. Though we try to not let this happen, we have no control over our distributors’ holiday schedule nor shipping delays due to the holiday rush.

RUSH ORDERS:

We understand that some jobs are asked to be done sooner than later and we strive to complete these on time. A rush order fee may apply if the requested due date is sooner than the typical 10 days. This requested due date does not include shipping time. We cannot be responsible for the time it takes the shipping company to deliver your order. We cannot guarantee that all rush orders will be completed on time.

OUT OF STOCKS:

At times our vendors will run out of particular style, colors. If this happens we have other possible substitutes from other vendors. You can also choose to wait for your item to be back in stock. If you choose to wait for your item to be back in stock, we cannot guarantee the turnaround time or that the items will be back in stock when the vendor says it will. If you choose a substitute garment, we should be able to stick to our typical turnaround time unless those garments are out-of-stock as well.

ESTIMATES:

Estimates expire in 30 days. Estimates are subject to change upon review of submitted artwork. Prices may be revised at the time of invoice based on actual prints.

ART AND PREPARATORY MATERIALS:

Artwork must be complete and designed to theĀ final print size. Artwork, separations, films, screens, and other items supplied by Cool Duck Screen Printing LLC remain the property of Cool Duck Screen Printing LLC.

BEST PRINT METHOD:

The print method used will be determined by us. If you have a method you would like us to use, please contact us.

CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED GARMENTS:

Customer-supplied items are subject to a 5% misprint allowance. We strive to have as few misprints as possible but due to the nature of the business and the items you supplied are ones we may not have in stock, we cannot guarantee replacement of those items misprinted. We also require you to supply us with a detailed list of the garments brand, style, colors and size breakdown before we begin an job.

PROOFS:

We do not offer press proofs due to the labor involved in setting up a print run We do however offer PDF proof's on request at no charge.

COLORS:

The colors on your monitor or printer cannot be trusted for accuracy. Therefore the proof or mockup sheets we send you are only representative of the colors. Using a current Pantone book is the best way to accurately communicate color with us. If you have very specific colors in your design, please select the colors with a Pantone color card. If you are sensitive about the print color then please verify against a Pantone color card. We cannot be held responsible for a color verified against the visual mockup or color shift in the ink due to variables in the mixing system, fabric or adjacent colors once printed.

MISTAKES:

In the event that we make a mistake printing your shirts, then we will reprint these garments for you at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds or replace customer supplied garments. Due to the nature of the business we do require a 5% misprint allowance.

OVERRUNS AND UNDERRUNS:

Overruns or under runs not to exceed 10% on quantities ordered are considered acceptable delivery. Cool Duck Screen Printing LLC will bill for the actual quantity printed. If you must have a specific quantity delivered, then consider ordering 10% above the required quantity. Due to the nature of the business and the cost of the individual raw items, shortages can happen due to misprints or our vendor shorting us.

SHIPPING:

Shipping charges are not included in estimates unless specified. Shipping time is not included in turnaround time.

PACKAGING:

All items will be bulk packaged. Individual folding, bagging, etc. shall be charged at the current rates.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER:

We encourage you to check the quantities and quality of the garments you receive from us immediately. Cool Duck Screen Printing LLC cannot be held accountable for defects or problems with your order unless contacted within 48 hours of delivery.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

In the event an order needs to be cancelled, refunds or return of deposits will be based on the status of the order and may be subject to penalties and/or restocking charges.
